When speaking of the subject of “love” one must first ask them-selves, does it really exist? First lets take into account the divorce rate in current day society. I believe the statistic is that 50% of marriages ultimately fail. Interesting… Now don’t get me wrong, I believe in monogamous relationships and I even believe in love. What i disagree about is the whole premise of their being a “one and only”. There is far to many people in this world, with majority of the worlds population being geographically isolated, to know for sure if there is a “one and only” for each person. For example; today I was at the mall, I can honestly say i saw between 15 to 20 girls that if I went out with and got along with them, I would be in love with them. Honestly I feel as if the whole premise of love has been so strongly embedded in our societies mind that it is the only reason it exists.  Now to my main point. When people in relationships break up and are heartbroken, feel as if they have nothing left, well they’re wrong. The girl who you just broke up with/ she broke up with you… yea you guys may have been great together and you probably did “love” her. But think about this… How many girls have u seen out on in the street, in a bar, at the gym that you said “wow that girls hot”? Now how do you know that girl isn’t as much fun to be with or even better then your ex? Clearly your physically attracted to her and if you guys share common interests then why can’t things work out? Yes, you still will and probably will always having feelings for your ex girlfriend if you were “in love” with her. But that is not to say you cannot love someone just as much or even more. If your currently in a relationship this is not to promote cheating in any way, just to arise the question… What else is out there? With the amount of beautiful women in the world the chances are in your favor that something good will come if you try… Girls are just as intimated by you as you are of them. Plus you just got dumped, or broke up with your girlfriend, so if u fail your right back where you started. No harm done.
